Epassporte News & Info – Epassporte is Now Dead

Saturday, September 25th, 2010

As of today, Saturday September 25th, 2010, we can safely say that Epassporte is officially out of business and dead in the world of ecommerce, e-cash, credit cards, Visa, and anything else they now still pretend to have as products on their soon to be defunct website epassporte.com.

After weeks of company owner, Christopher Mallick dancing and making excuses through poorly executed press releases, today the Bank has taken then steps to cut ties with Christopher Mallick who seemingly has financial problems from the funding of his movie and let his ecash company go down the tubes.

A statement was issued from Epassporte as follows:

QUOTE

Dear ePassporte Account Holders

St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla National Bank, without our prior knowledge, has turned off the ability for ePassporte to access or display Account Holders’ Visa Card balances.  This means that when you login to your ePassporte Account, you will only be able to see your Wallet balance.  As a consequence, inquiries regarding your Visa Card balance must be directed to St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla National Bank.  St Kitts Bank is responsible for all funds on Visa Cards.

ENDQUOTE

Additionally, and more importantly then hearing about how Epassporte was now being denied the visa bank account info “without prior knowledge” (once again playing the victim of some injustice by visa and their bank) while in the meantime being directly responsible for the deficiencies in the Epassporte program (most cetainly lack of money to cover Mr. Mallick’s bad bets).

The good news is that finallyit finally looks like the bank is going to take control and cut Christopher Mallick loose.  Noboby wants to work with Criminals or people as disgusting Christopher Mallick. Today the Bank in St. Kitts issued this statement to it’s cardholders:

To All SKNANB Visa Prepaid Cardholders

SKNANB is committed to adhering to Visa’s stringent program requirements and maintaining the integrity of the global payment network. On instruction of SKNANB, on September 23rd, 2010, ePassporte’s network access for cards issued by SKNANB was disabled. As a result, SKNANB prepaid cardholders will not be able to view their card balances through the ePassporte.com website.

SKNANB is actively working to restore, as soon as possible, SKNANB prepaid cardholders’ ability to obtain information regarding their Visa card balances and to access Visa card funds. SKNANB prepaid cardholders can expect further communication from SKNANB on or before September 30th 2010.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your SKNANB prepaid card, please contact SKNANB at vcprepaid@sknanb.com. In addition, a dedicated telephone line will be established shortly.

SKNANB thanks you for your continued patience.

St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank Limited

So finally with liar and cheat Mallick and his dead company Epassporte finally seemingly done, our hope is that the bank will live up to their cardholder agreements.

At the beginning of this crisis, three weeks ago now, a friend who knows Christopher Mallick said of him, “he is a scum and he just lost his shirt making a movie about himself.” I laughed and we both agreed Christopher Mallick was done. Without your reputation you can not operate an ecommerce company and Christopher Mallick has lost more our money in this fiasco. Reputation you can’t get back.  Always follow your first instinct.  A scumbag is a scumbag. What is the most disgusting about this from the beginning of Christopher Mallick’s transparent press releases, is that Christopher Mallick has been trying to play the victim of Visa. He is not the victim, he gambled his customers money on his own bullshit and tried to dance while people suffered. When will Mallick and Epassporte come clean?  Our prediction: NEVER

See you in hell epassporte, you’re dead.

The New ePassporte Forum – Chris Mallick : Criminal

Sunday, September 12th, 2010

As of Today, September 12, 2010 your customers are still unable to access their funds. You are a criminal Chris Mallick, Visa has stated that you, and epassporte have access and are able to make the payouts, so why do you continue to pass the buck and fuck thousands of people who can’t pay the rent.

Chris Mallick YOU ARE A CRIMINAL – Your letters to your “customers” are so transparent and self serving and the pain you are causing people is done with such malice, we can only hope you suffer the same as what our friends who’s money you are holding are suffering now.

Here is the latest bullshit Chris Mallick sent his valued “customers”.

We at ePassporte are as distressed as you, our valued cardholders, over an action that we did not see coming and as of today we still have received no good basis for it.

First, be assured that your funds are fully safe and protected. You are owed that and it will be fulfilled. The funds are secure.

Second, ePassporte is working with the St. Kitts bank to work out how all payments will be made and when. The details are complicated, because there are funds in motion and where and when they settle requires us to all be careful that we fully and properly account for all those funds and their rightful owner. This issue stems from our processing and reporting ability through the Visa system and their processor.

Third, ePassporte’s most important asset has always been our account holder’s. We are not going to undermine that asset by treating cardholders in any manner other than the best we can.

Most of us have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with banks and card associations that simply “cut us off” and did not pay us. Those actions were limited to card acquiring (merchant accounts), not card issuing, which is what we do. We can all take some comfort in the fact that this situation is not anything like the acquiring side of the business.

We all fully understand that communication to our cardholders is critical. However, it does not help any of us if we are constantly updating you on the basis of the calls that take place almost hourly. It seems to us that giving you facts, based on agreements we are working on is the best form of communication. This is what we will be doing. When we know something, that is a fact, we will report it, quickly. Our staff is all working diligently to resolve these issues and the many moving and complicated parts of getting the funds returned. Therefore, please do not mistake our silence as “hiding”, “avoiding” or “stringing you along”. We too have funds that are stuck in the system, as well as massive costs of operation without any income.

Rest assured that when we know, you will know and you will all be satisfied with the results. Again, your money is safe.

For those of you that have been in the industry for many years, I hope you will recall that I have a very strong track record of fighting for the rights of webmasters, program sponsors, billing companies, merchants and the industry; that dedication continues.

Thanks you for your understanding in this difficult time and for your support over the last 8 years of our operations.

Webcam Sex Online – Epassporte Update

Thursday, September 9th, 2010

Webcam Sex Online reports that VISA has issued an online statement in regards to it’s situation with Epassporte, of which the important part is:

“It is important to note that impacted SKNA prepaid cardholders are still able to access their funds through SKNA or SKNA’s agent, ePassporte.com. For more information cardholders should contact SKNA or ePassporte.com”

Despite this statement, the funds in Epassporte accounts are still not available, which leads us at Webcam Sex Online to believe that it is EPASSPORTE that is holding the funds, and is playing games with peoples lives.

We have sent notice to Epassporte asking them what is going on. We can only assume that there is funny business going on here.

More to come…

Attention all Online Webcam Sex Models – RE: Epassporte

Sunday, September 5th, 2010

It was announced this past Friday that ePassporte, the ecash system used by a majority of the online webcam sex sites such as livejasmin, said Thursday that its banking partner’s Visa program has been suspended.

EPassport said Visa International put on hold transactions involving St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla National Bank and that it can no longer issue Visa cards and that account holders won’t be able to make point-of-sale purchases and withdraw funds from ATMs.

“At this time we do not know why this drastic action was taken by Visa,” ePassporte owner Christopher Mallick said in a letter. “To us, it is unconscionable that such action would be taken without the opportunity for ePassporte to fully understand Visa’s reasons and to be able to take all steps necessary to keep our program running the way it has so successfully done for over seven years. But that is what Visa has done.”

Mallick said ePassporte was notified at noon on Thursday of the suspension.

“The ePassporte e-Wallet program continues to be up and running, except funds cannot be transferred between your Visa account and your e-Wallet,” Mallick said.

“As soon as we have more information we will be in contact with you,” he said. “In the meantime please be assured that your funds are safe. The ePassporte team is working diligently to rectify this situation.”

Webcam Sex Online is very troubled about this situation and we urge all models to remain calm until after then weekend. We have spoken today to hundreds of webcam sex models online who have their money frozen. One of our models commented, “When someone tells me my money is safe, I worry that it is not safe, if it was safe why can’t I get at it. Myself and the thousands of workers who’s money is now frozen is the personal responsibly of Christopher Mallick and we will see what this man is made out of now.”

We agree, this situation has brought the industry to it’s knees, and to hold peoples money is very harsh. Webcam Sex Online has reached out to ePassporte and Christopher Mallick’s banking partners in St. Kitts but have been unable to get any further info at this time. After the long weekend we will send our contacts in St. Kitts to dig further and advise you online as soon as we have more info.

Epassporte Problems

Friday, September 3rd, 2010

My name is Deede Jameson and I work on sites like livejasmin, streamate and cams.com.

When someone tells me my money is safe, I worry that it is not safe, if it was safe why can’t I get at it?

I spoke with hundreds of models who’s money is now frozen. As you know the meesily 30 – 40 % these sites pay us is hardly enough to save. All most girls have is the money in that epassporte account.

It is the first of the month Mr. Mallick. While your in a hot tub getting your pecker sucked with Owen Wilson, we can’t pay the rent.

This is the personal responsibly of Christopher Mallick, who seemingly may not have his eye on his own business. The community awaits your solution.
